Questions
We don't put shipping per transaction so you can collect up and ship out. We do shipping quotes. Once you have collected up a tin/bin you can the request for ship out. We will then have packaged weighed and then we will send you quote on package. You then pay the quote and we ship out to address provided during purchase or different address if you request one.
We will let you know several times over 6 months that you need to pay for shipping. We cannot store your items forever but we allow a 6 month grace period. Once 6 months arrives, we will message you again to inform you the items are going to be surrendered. If shipping is not paid for 14 days after final notification the items purchased are then donated to the stream for future giveaways or bonus bin items.
